Shipping and Handling for Warranty Claims

Never received my shipping label.
Please help!

I did not like how this product takes a month just a complete the warranty process. I notified them about my ring in March 20 shortly after I purchased it it only took about a week for the diamond to become loose because it has a lifetime warranty. I notified them I sent it and they never contacted me. I constantly emailed them and they finally sent it to meand today is April 25. It says it will be arriving today.

Not only did CRISLU honor their warranty, the turnaround time was quick. Fay is a delight to work with, and followed up with a telephone call. I'm very pleased and impressed.
